Single en suite rooms are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. We will do our best to meet your requirements. However, if we are unable to allocate a single room would you kindly consider the options below and tick the relevant line:

Cancellations

Cancellations on Residential Conferences:
As per the stipulations of Kings Park Conference Centre. 2 weeks to 4 months -70% terms due. Less than 2 weeks - 85% terms due. On or after arrival - 100% terms due. All deposits are non-refundable and places are non-transferable.

Cancellations on Day Conferences:
All payments are non-refundable and places are non-transferable.

Conference Payments & Fees

Day Conferences at Sozo House - £50 per person or £40 for Unemployed, Sickness Benefits, Students or Senior Citizens. Please pay either £50 or £40 when you book online.

Residential Conferences at King's Park for 2010 have been subsidised to allow as many people as possible to attend. There is also an early bird price plan for bookings received by January 25th 2010.

Total inc deposit - £150 per person full board, shared en-suite or £180 per person full board, single en-suite. Deposits £85 per person. Please pay the deposit of £85 online unless you are booking a place within 6 weeks of its start. If so, you will need to pay the whole fee of either £150 or £180, instead of the deposit.

EARLY BIRD PRICES
All bookings received by January 25th 2010 will enjoy a further discount of 10% off the published prices. Therefore, the EARLY BIRD total inc deposit - £135 per person full board, shared en-suite or £162 per person full board, single en-suite. Deposits £85 per person. Please pay the deposit of £85 online and we will request the balance 6 weeks prior to the conference.

Places can only be confirmed once a payment has been received.
